  • Develop targeted full-funnel concepts for customer acquisition via paid channels.
  • Conduct in-depth audience analysis using existing customer research and insights.
  • Create a testing roadmap in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
  • Design tests and ensure quality implementation.
  • Utilize advertising and consumer psychology to optimize funnel steps.
  • Establish weekly tracking with clear KPIs across the funnel.
  • Document results systematically to build a scalable learning database.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in D2C with a full-funnel focus.
  • Strong interest or background in advertising and consumer psychology.
  • Understanding of dog owners' behaviors and pain points.
  • Analytical and creative skills to connect performance metrics with audience insights.
  • Structured, proactive, and execution-oriented work style.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (minimum B2).
