In Short

  • Prospect and generate new business with producers, traders, and distributors.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead to closure and ramp-up.
  • Collaborate with distributors and partners to facilitate contracts.
  • Maintain a consistent and organized management of the pipeline within the CRM.
  • Support commercial expansion in major agricultural regions of LATAM (Colombia, Central America, and Mexico).
  • Work with customer success managers to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals.

  • Share client feedback with the product team to support continuous improvements.
  • Contribute to refining sales processes and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales for agriculture, with a strong network of contacts at decision-making levels.
  • Consultative profile: knowing how to listen first, understand client needs, and build proposals based on ROI.
  • Confidence to drive complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, from agronomists to senior executives.
  • Knowledge of the commodities market (soy, cotton, corn, sugarcane) and mills is a significant advantage.
