• Strengthen and develop the existing PMO structure by implementing efficient governance, methodologies, and reporting practices.
• Evaluate and streamline current processes, tools, and templates to enhance project delivery performance.
• Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency.
• Support Project Managers with standardized frameworks, best practices, and hands-on guidance.
• Monitor project performance across the portfolio (timeline, risk, budget, benefits).
• Prepare consolidated reports and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource planning and support capacity management across projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and PMO roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes.
• Experience in resource planning and capacity management.
