Overview

The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence III is an integral part of the Business Intelligence team, serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor by providing data insights to help drive growth and make strategic decisions.

In Short

• Lead and contribute to reporting strategy for assigned functions.
• Design and maintain dashboards for cross-functional departments.
• Analyze cohorts and identify trends impacting new service lines.
• Collaborate with Datawarehouse & Integration teams for standard reports.
• Support data discovery and gap analysis requests.
• Build relationships with cross-functional leaders.
• Drive process improvement and quantify impact.
• Develop change management strategies for dashboard adoption.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to translate technical details into end-user language.
• Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with clinical and claims data.
• Advanced SQL experience.
• Experience with CRM Analytics/Tableau and predictive analytics is a plus.
• Snowflake experience is a plus.
