Overview

The Hospitality Specialist is often the first point of contact guests have with Heirloom, responsible for converting leads into reservations and providing customer support.

• Process incoming guest communications across various platforms.
• Represent the Heirloom brand in all communications.
• Facilitate communication between teams to resolve escalations.
• Troubleshoot issues with guests as the first contact.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales/customer service.
• Native fluency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure.
• Comfortable using cloud-based platforms.
