Overview

Heirloom is seeking a Hospitality Sales Representative to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction through direct consumer sales, focusing on converting warm leads into reservations.

In Short

  • Join the Guest Services & Sales Team as an Inside Sales Representative.
  • Communicate with prospective guests to convert leads into reservations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to facilitate sales.
  • Provide effective customer service and build rapport with clients.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals through effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
  • Utilize tools for pricing and discounts to boost sales.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team efforts.
  • Assist with customer support for in-house guests as needed.
  • Work remotely with flexible hours between 8:00 am CST and midnight CST.

Requirements

  • Full-time remote position with a minimum of 40 hours/week.
  • Salary ranges from $5M-$6M COP/month ($1200-$1500 USD/month).
  • Experience in a contact center for a US-based company is required.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable with cloud-based platforms and technology.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment needed.
