Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking an empathetic, relationship-driven, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Veterinary Outreach Specialist.

In Short

• Full-Time position with up to 75% travel.
• Serve as the primary ambassador for Heartstrings within the veterinary and pet care community.
• Build meaningful relationships with veterinary hospitals and urgent care centers.
• Educate the veterinary community about Heartstrings' services.
• Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to identify key partnerships.
• Attend veterinary conferences and community events to represent Heartstrings.
• Leverage digital outreach and social media for relationship maintenance.
• Provide feedback on trends and opportunities to leadership.
• Track outreach activities using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for animal welfare and end-of-life care.
• Experience in sales or outreach roles, preferably in veterinary or healthcare sectors.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Proficiency in CRM and reporting systems.
• Emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present educational materials effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in marketing collaboration is a plus.
