Overview

The Crisis Contact Chat Specialist provides 24/7 support to individuals and families in crisis through chat, text, and phone services, focusing on de-escalation and appropriate referrals.

In Short

• Respond to crisis chats/texts providing emotional support and assessment.
• Assess suicide risk and provide safety planning.
• Offer follow-up services to at-risk individuals.

Requirements
