As a Features Writer at Hearst UK, you will generate and write compelling content for Best magazine’s real-life pages, contributing to the Entertainment studio’s real-life ideas.

In Short

• Find fresh, original real-life story ideas for print and spin-offs.
• Assist with research and set up interviews for the real-life section.
• Conduct picture research while ensuring legal understanding.

Requirements

• Some experience as a writer on a national paper or weekly magazine.
• Contacts outside of news agencies is desirable.
• Knowledge of digital uploading and SEO is desirable.
• Knowledge of picture tagging and legals is desirable.
