Overview

The Contract Manager is responsible for all contract management activities and overseeing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and regulatory requirements.

In Short

  • Develop and execute contracting strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage all contracting-related vendors and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on contract templates.
  • Direct the contract lifecycle from proposals to renewals.
  • Communicate key metrics and statuses to management.
  • Support internal and external contract audits.
  • Maintain a secure contract repository system.
  • Manage and mentor the Contracting team.
  • Stay updated on the contracting environment and business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Ten years of experience in contract management, preferably in health care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in contract terminology and processes.
  • Experience with health care regulations and reimbursement methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Commitment to the company’s mission and values.
