Overview

A Visage Trainer and Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform and related applications. This role ensures that radiologists, clinicians, and IT teams can effectively use Visage imaging solutions, optimizing workflows and maintaining system reliability in healthcare environments.

In Short

  • Develop and deliver training programs for users.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
  • Provide personalized coaching to improve system adoption.
  • Assist users with system navigation and workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to imaging systems.
  • Collaborate to optimize imaging workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
  • Support disaster recovery planning and system maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Radiology, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in PACS administration or healthcare IT support.
  • Experience in training or technical instruction is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Visage 7, PACS, DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and SQL databases.
  • Experience with scripting for automation is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
