The Member Services Coordinator provides exceptional customer service, supporting participants through their company’s wellness program and addressing any inquiries or concerns related to wellness initiatives.

In Short

  • Provide customer service through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with processing Physician’s Screening Forms and participant outreach.
  • Present solutions to improve efficiencies and participant experience.
  • Support advocacy services for members.
  • Work standard hours Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.
  • Be positive, team-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Engage with wellness initiatives effectively.
  • Help members navigate their benefits.
  • Contribute to reducing medical costs and increasing employee engagement.
