1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.

In Short

• Own and execute on the strategy that enables providers to more seamlessly grow their practice.
• Develop user facing tools and experiences that simplify the way a therapist is able to intake a new patient.
• Partner closely with engineering, data, and customer success to ship and implement new features.
• Understand and embody the voice of the provider in the products that you build.

Requirements

• Experience scaling products with data in a cross-functional environment.
• High degree of ownership with large organizational impact.
• Technical depth comfortable with engineering teams on data problems.
• Cross-functional leadership in coordinating multiple teams.
• Customer-focused approach to translating technical problems into user experiences.
