Senior Product Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Trust team at Headway is focused on security and privacy for all of Headway’s customers - therapists, patients, and payers (ex: insurance companies and health systems). As an early member on the team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be the builder and driver of our dedicated, in-house application and product security engineering efforts.

In Short

• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure secure product design and development.
• Develop and improve automated tooling for product security.
• Define and build application guardrails for secure development.
• Assist in ongoing security operations including incident response and vulnerability management.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in security and/or software engineering roles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical experience with building secure platforms.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated by Headway’s mission to increase access to mental health care.
