Overview

As a Senior Accountant at Headway, you will ensure accurate financial record-keeping and help establish financial operations that scale with the growth of the company.

In Short

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll accounting processes.
• Review and provide feedback to accounting team members.
• Manage automation and integration of Workday with Netsuite.
• Conduct technical accounting analyses under US GAAP.
• Implement process improvements using technology.
• Partner with teams to solve business challenges.
• Champion financial accuracy and transparency during audits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting and/or audit experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or relevant field.
• CPA required with Big 6 or large accounting firm experience.
• Experience in high growth environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
