In Short

• Lead Headway's clinical quality strategy and develop protocols for psychotherapy practices.
• Build and scale Professional Practice Evaluation programs to improve clinical outcomes.
• Conduct routine chart reviews and provide feedback to clinicians.
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure EHR meets clinical standards.
• Supervise clinical teams and peer reviewers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

Requirements

• Independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD) with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in quality chart reviews and audits for healthcare organizations.
• Thought leader in behavioral health quality.
• Strong collaboration skills between clinical strategy and business teams.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supervising clinicians or large provider teams.
• Motivated to improve access to high-quality behavioral healthcare.
