1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. In Short

• Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical risk and patient safety.
• Respond to high-risk clinical events with real-time guidance.

Requirements

• Licensed physician (MD) with 5+ years of clinical experience as a psychiatrist.
• Expertise in clinical risk management or patient safety.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking abilities.
• Comfort with Google Workspace and adaptability to new technology.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
