In Short

• Own Headway’s Payer Product strategy from the ground up
• Build innovative products that allow payers to design and deliver more flexible, effective mental health benefits
• Act as a thought partner to senior executives at some of the largest payers in the country
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and engineers
• Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic bets
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure payer innovation integrates seamlessly

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of payer/insurance models
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous spaces and create clarity
• Experience in partnering with large organizations
• Strong communication skills with executives and product teams
• Bonus: Experience in digital health startups or healthcare consulting
