Productivity Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Productivity Analyst will work closely with leadership to develop and track VCP metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance profitability through effective cost management and project execution.

• Drive data analytics to build and grow project funnel
• Identify and validate savings from VCP projects
• Develop reporting presentations for leadership reviews
• Consolidate project lists across various categories

• Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
• Utilize financial systems and analysis tools effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Proven operational finance / FP&A experience
• Prior experience in New Product Introduction preferred
• Strong execution rigor and project management skills
• Superior analytical ability and process skills
• Knowledge of Lean principles
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with remote teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
