Clinical Education Specialist CT DACH (f/m/d) - Remote

Overview

This key position in our Imaging Team for Computed Tomography in DACH is responsible for driving clinical education for Germany as well as for Switzerland and Austria.

In Short

• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use.
• Monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve satisfaction.
• Produce post-training reports and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through education on equipment utilization.
• Support trade shows and conferences with product demonstrations and training.
• Assist sales team in developing strategies using market and product knowledge.
• Willingness to travel frequently (~70% of working time) within DACH.
• Communicate effectively in German and English.

Requirements

• Certified radiographer with active clinical/technical certifications.
• Proven clinical CT scanning experience and proficiency on current products/platforms.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Established project management skills.
