Overview

The Central Operations Specialist will serve as the main point of contact supporting service delivery for a team of field service engineers and field leadership. This role requires outstanding customer service skills and a proactive approach to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.

In Short

  • Provide field support to Field Service Engineers and Field Leadership.
  • Manage Install Base Inventory and Asset Team Maintenance.
  • Support Preventative Maintenance and complete administrative tasks.
  • Manage quality metrics to ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify systemic solutions through root cause escalations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for service requests.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience or 5 years with a diploma.
  • Three years’ experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience in the Healthcare Field and/or Service Organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Diagnostic Imaging service requests.
  • Familiarity with Siebel 8.1 and Cares/Mainframe.
  • Ability to manage quality metrics effectively.
  • Willingness to identify and escalate systemic issues.
  • Proactive approach to service delivery.
