Overview

The Area Service Leader (ASL) will oversee the service operations within a designated geographic area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support for diagnostic imaging equipment within partnering customer sites.

In Short

  • Manage a team of Field Service Engineers.
  • Coordinate service activities and maintain customer relationships.
  • Lead a team of biomedical equipment technicians across North and Central Florida.
  • Act as the main contact for customer concerns and support.
  • Responsible for departmental operations planning and execution.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to support customer needs.
  • Hire and develop talent within the team.
  • Travel locally to customer sites 2-3 days a week.
  • Work from home in a dedicated office space.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or military education with 6 years of experience in medical services.
  • Leadership experience managing technical teams.
  • Previous experience servicing biomedical equipment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Experience interfacing with customers.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work from home with high-speed internet.
