Overview

The Director of Construction and Project Management at Hazel Valley Homes plays a critical leadership role, providing high-level oversight and strategic direction for the execution and delivery of residential renovation and construction projects across our operating markets.

In Short

• Provide strategic oversight for Vendor, Scheduling, and Purchasing teams.
• Ensure team execution aligns with company KPIs including timelines, cost efficiency, and quality control.
• Maintain accountability for vendor onboarding, compliance, and material procurement pipelines.
• Drive consistency in scope management, schedule adherence, and permitting compliance across all markets.
• Collaborate with other departments to address project challenges and root causes.
• Continuously evaluate workflows and implement process improvements.
• Report on performance metrics and project health to executive leadership.
• Ensure Salesforce and related platforms are maintained with accurate, real-time project data.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing team leadership across functions.

• Strong foundation in construction means and methods, project management technologies and supply chain and material sourcing.
