Overview

The Resident Technology Services team offers premium, long-term professional services to HashiCorp customers. The team's purpose is to align with the biggest technical transformation initiatives of HashiCorp customers, working as part of the customer technology team from start to finish.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Resident Solutions Architect on design and execution plans.
• Execute on the technical customer solution plan.
• Design, implement, and manage HashiCorp enterprise solutions.
• Assist in third-party integrations with HashiCorp solutions.
• Create support documentation and automation related to HashiCorp solutions.
• Assist with software patches and upgrades in non-production environments.
• Consult with teams on integrating their tools with HashiCorp tools.
• Execute tasks throughout customers’ cloud transformation journey.
• Build automation for deployment and management of HashiCorp solutions.
• Educate customers on aligning processes with the Cloud Operating Model.

Requirements

• Intermediate experience with Terraform.
• Proficiency with HashiCorp Enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing Linux systems and container orchestration.
• Experience with system monitoring and observability.
• Experience managing public cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with infrastructure deployment tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle including CI/CD.
• Track record of assisting with cloud transformation.
• Ability to work well in group environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics simply.
