Overview

The Senior IT Project and Program Manager will lead complex IT projects at Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on delivering value-focused solutions that support the school’s missions in Teaching & Learning and Research.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Experience in leading multiple projects and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with IT applications, processes, and software.
• Knowledge of advanced IT project management principles (e.g., Agile).
• Demonstrated cross-functional project management experience.
• Service mindset and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
