In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with empathy and professionalism.
  • Explain the functions of modern medical devices and their connection to smartphone apps.
  • Assist customers in using and managing their devices.
  • Document and track inquiries in the SAP-CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with 2nd-level support and other teams.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
  • Proactively check customer satisfaction and handle complaints according to company policies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Friendliness, patience, and empathy in dealing with customers.
  • Affinity for modern technologies and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ideally, experience in customer service, but strong communicators are also welcome.
  • Residence in the Lisbon region.
