Overview

The Workforce Planning Consultant is accountable for the development and maintenance of comprehensive staffing models supporting Operations Service/Call Centers, determining resource requirements for workload demands.

In Short

  • Act as liaison between Operations, Training, HR, Finance and Expense business partners.
  • Develop and maintain Operations Service/Call Center staff models.
  • Conduct detailed variance analytics to identify key business drivers of change.
  • Research, forecast, and report on demand drivers.
  • Review forecast for accuracy and make proactive changes.
  • Utilize large data sets for analysis and reporting.
  • Present findings to leadership.
  • Conduct planning meetings regarding capacity needs.
  • Strong experience with SQL and advanced Excel skills required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in workforce modeling.
  • Strong quantitative and mathematical skills.
  • Familiarity with IEX and workforce planning tools.
  • Adept in data mining and data presentation.
