Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a customer-facing role with technical products.
  • Associate degree or trade certification in a technical field.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools for training.
  • Understanding of homelifts and elevator systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Well-organized and able to manage travel.
  • Outstanding customer support skills.
