Technician / Installer - Remote

Overview

As a Technician / Installer, you will handle a diverse range of tasks while effectively communicating with customers to identify and solve their problems. You will work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, using various tools and resources at your disposal.

In Short

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and service tasks, including occasional installations.
• Inquire about issues from customers and provide feedback on completed work.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance solutions.
• Check tools and supplies at the work station.
• Coordinate with the office on advice given and register it in the relevant systems.
