Implementation Consultant - CRM Systems & Data Integration - Remote

Overview

Harbor is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in CRM systems to join our growing team. This role will focus on the integration of CRM solutions, including Peppermint, Dynamics, and Foundation, as well as managing complex data migration projects.

In Short

• Lead the integration and customization of CRM systems according to client needs.
• Manage data migration processes, ensuring accurate transfer of data.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy CRM solutions.
• Provide training and support to client teams on CRM functionalities.
• Work closely with business analysts to identify areas for optimization.
• Provide timeline updates and risk management to Project Managers.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues during and after implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM system implementation.
• Proven experience in data migration, including ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and customization capabilities.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and data mapping.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
