Overview

This role focuses on building relationships with hoteliers and addressing their challenges, positioning happyhotel as a solution for revenue management.

In Short

• Engage with hotels to explain software benefits via phone, email, and social media.
• Build a sales pipeline and schedule demos for the account executive team.
• Network actively within the hotel industry.
• Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities for the product.
• Collaborate with customer support, development, and marketing teams.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM and assist in building a knowledge database.
• Represent happyhotel at trade fairs (up to 15% travel required).

Requirements

• Completed commercial/technical training or a degree.
• Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
• Cold-calling experience with empathy and persistence.
• Experience selling SaaS products or technical affinity is ideal.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interaction.
• Self-organization and initiative are essential.
• Drive for growth and shaping company success.
• Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented work style.
• Fluent in English (native level).
• Ability to travel within the UK and EU.
