Overview

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is passionate about Paid Search, Display, and Digital Marketing. You’ll help manage a diverse roster of clients, executing and optimizing paid media strategies that drive measurable results.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain paid media strategies that drive results for our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external publisher partners to develop strategic media plans across search, programmatic, and social channels.
  • Manage all aspects of campaigns, including setup, planning, building, optimizing, and monitoring.
  • Work with the analytics team to implement conversion tracking and conduct ad and landing page testing.
  • Manage bids and campaign budgets using proprietary tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with SEO and creative teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • Communicate with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables and performance reporting.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, SimpliFi, Yahoo DSP, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills, with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively managing large paid media budgets ($1+ million annual).
  • Experience using spreadsheets and bulk editing tools.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Digital agency experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Experience using bid management platforms to help optimize campaigns.
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Facebook Ads certifications.
  • A/B testing experience.
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
