Requirements

  • 2-4 years in BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or Customer Experience leadership.
  • Experience in building processes and leading change management.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in SQL and Looker.
  • Track record of identifying operational inefficiencies.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Comfort with high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
