Overview

We’re seeking a Experience Strategy/UX Lead to join our fast-growing CX team. This is a full-time, remote position.

In Short

  • Lead the UX strategy and design for client projects.
  • Conduct UX research and testing to drive project strategy.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows.
  • Facilitate workshops with client teams for consensus and understanding.
  • Translate user insights into design concepts and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to execute strategic visions.
  • Provide strong representation for UX design within the organization.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in the digital landscape.
  • Act as an ambassador for a human-centered culture.
  • 5-10 years of experience in UX design is required.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience as a UX designer or professional at an agency.
  • Expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to lead projects with some oversight.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS.
  • Experience with healthcare organizations and B2B is a plus.
