HALO is looking for a Senior Program Account Manager (Sr. PAM) to be a strategic and results-driven professional responsible for overseeing high-profile client accounts. This role requires ownership of client relationship management, rigorous project execution, and leadership skills to ensure that account requirements and client expectations are delivered upon. The Sr. PAM will collaborate closely with sales, operations and creative teams to execute complex e-commerce and event-based programs to drive business growth.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Understand business goals and objectives to meet expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation and client experience improvements.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of complex e-commerce and event-based programs.
  • Own deliverables on timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Extrapolate analytical insights from data and reporting.
  • Maintain strict discipline around following SOPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in the promotional products industry or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management.
  • Expert project management and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Travel domestically 1-4 times a year.
