Overview

You’ll help power the engine behind our Parish partnerships by owning the systems, processes, and communication that keep things running smoothly. From setting up parish pages to supporting partner communication, your work will ensure our team can serve more communities as they grow together in prayer.

• Learn the Vision and Strategy by diving deep into the Parish team’s offerings.
• Support Onboarding Coordination for New Partners by joining kickoff and milestone meetings.
• Build and Support Operational Systems to streamline core workflows.
• Manage Partner Communication & Engagement with parish partners.
• Coordinate Logistics to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Requirements

• Passion for the mission and understanding of parish life.
• Fluency in Parish Life & Prayer with exposure to Catholic parish ministry.
• Servant Leader qualities with a focus on uplifting teammates and partners.
• Organized and Operationally Excellent in fast-paced environments.
• Grit & Detail-Oriented with a process-oriented approach.
• Experience in administrative support or parish ministry is a plus.
