Overview

The Legal Counsel plays a central role in ensuring legal compliance and security in the Central Europe region, supporting the expansion team with legal expertise in contract negotiations and legal frameworks.

In Short

• Guide legal negotiations, particularly in commercial leases.
• Ensure compliance of contracts with internal standards and applicable laws.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks through due diligence.
• Provide functional legal advice across various business areas.
• Conduct ongoing legal counseling regarding relevant laws.
• Monitor compliance with key contractual clauses.
• Document contracts and ensure their validity.

Requirements

• Completed law degree or nearing completion.
• At least three years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Knowledge in contract and commercial law, especially in commercial real estate leasing.
• Fluency in German and English, including legal terminology.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
