The Head of Social and Influencer Marketing will define and lead Gusto's social and influencer strategy to significantly grow brand awareness, engagement, and consideration among small businesses and their advisors.

  • 5+ years specializing in social media and influencer marketing.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling B2B social media and influencer programs.
  • Deep expertise in developing content strategies for social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media management and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
