In Short

• Develop and enhance the global Social Media & Influencer Marketing strategy (focus on organic).
• Create Social Media and Influencer Marketing guidelines, templates, and best practices.
• Build and maintain an international editorial plan integrating key campaign focuses for social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams for content alignment and adaptation.
• Organize regular exchange formats (e.g., Global Social Media Calls, workshops).
• Lead the global community management area and derive corresponding guidelines for local contacts.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance across all channels and markets, including report creation and strategic recommendations.
• Observe trends and provide impulses for new formats and platforms.
• Responsible for the development of the central social media toolset (e.g., expanding social listening).

Requirements

• Completed studies in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in social media management and online marketing, ideally in technical consumer goods.
• Solid knowledge in the strategic conception, development, planning, implementation, and analysis of social media and influencer marketing.
• Experience in managing online communities and international fan pages/channels.
• Convincing, responsible, and committed personality with project management experience, communication skills, presentation strength, and a passion for networking.
• Creative, analytical work style combined with a passion for new media.
• Enjoy effective multi-tasking, new challenges, and international teamwork.
• Excellent English language skills and editorial abilities.
• Proficient in all MS Office programs.
