• GuidePoint Security’s Research & Intelligence Team (GRIT) performs various threat intelligence services.
• As a GRIT Consultant, you will help deliver results to clients in various sectors.
• Your role includes solving complex problems related to Threat Intelligence goals.
• You will support DFIR investigations and provide advisory consulting.
• Engage in threat actor communications and manage client relationships.
• Author comprehensive engagement deliverables tailored to audiences.
• Utilize automation and scripting to improve efficiency.
• Stay current with skills and knowledge in the information security industry.
• Maintain a strong desire to learn and adapt.
• Work in a rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements

• Two (2+) years of experience in Threat Intelligence analysis.
• Four (4+) years of IT and information security experience.
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services is preferred.
• Experience communicating with threat actors.
• Proficiency with cyber threat analytic tools.
• Experience in threat research centered on cybercrime.
• Core capabilities include network traffic analysis and malware handling.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
