Senior PSG Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior PSG Specialist is responsible for the independent creation and review of complex cybersecurity professional services documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders, to achieve business objectives while mitigating risk to the company.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience.
• Minimum two years in an enterprise-level writing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Professional/Technical Writing or related field preferred.
• Experience in Cybersecurity or Technology industry is a plus.
• Proven critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Customer service driven with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent MS Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF skills.
• Familiarity with Google enterprise applications and Salesforce is a plus.
