In Short

• This is a full-time salaried role with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8-5pm EST.
• Oversee the clinical intake process for clients.
• Manage a team of intake therapists.
• Ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff.
• Monitor performance metrics related to admissions.
• Collaborate with the Central Intake team for client workflows.
• Conduct regular chart reviews and QA checks.
• Participate in training new intake staff.
• Work on process improvements to enhance client access.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field; licensure required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of clinical experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of intake assessment and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with performance management experience.
