Overview

As a Temporary Customer Service Guide at Guidehealth, you will serve as a trusted voice for members and providers, navigating the complexities of healthcare with empathy and clarity.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members and providers.
  • Handle 30–40 calls per day along with chats, texts, and emails.
  • Educate customers on their healthcare plans and digital tools.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of client calls.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Document calls and follow through on customer issues.
  • Work within core business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Gain opportunities to grow into various roles within the company.
  • Participate in a supportive and innovative work culture.
  • Receive a $500 bonus upon successful training completion.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare contact center.
  • 3+ years of overall customer service experience.
  • Preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience across multiple customer service channels.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-volume situations.
  • Tech-savvy with quick learning abilities.
  • Empathy as a core strength.
