Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare contact center.
  • 3+ years of overall customer service experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with multiple customer service channels.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate technology quickly.
  • Professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Empathy as a core strength.
