Overview

The Senior Analyst, VBC Strategy and Performance plays a critical role in driving success with Guidehealth’s value-based care (VBC) client, collaborating with VP and C-level clients and operational leaders to improve performance and achieve incentives.

In Short

• Collaborate with senior executives and operational leaders.
• Analyze data to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate performance meetings and ideation sessions.
• Manage capability-building projects.
• Expand reporting capabilities with analytics teams.
• Support performance management for operational leads.
• Prepare for and lead client meetings.
• Conduct ad hoc projects using agile approaches.
• Prepare opportunity analyses for clients.
• Engage in ongoing performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting or healthcare leadership.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive approach.
• Expert analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically 1-2 nights every 2 weeks.
