In Short

• Work from home as a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.
• Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare annual reporting for 401(k) plans.
• Utilize administration software for 401(k) testing and reporting.
• Educate clients on their 401(k) plan and documents.
• Make outgoing reminder calls and send emails to clients.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Prepare government filings, including IRS Form 5500.
• Participate in training and share knowledge.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Knowledge of 401(k) plans is a plus.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
