Procurement Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

FocusKPI is looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to join the one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company. As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, legal, and finance teams to support operational procurement and travel/expense functions, driving automation and efficiency in a high-paced environment.

In Short

• Work remotely from anywhere in the US.
• Contract duration of 11-12 months.
• Focus on operational procurement tasks and procurement transformation projects.
• Manage ticket requests and ensure SLA compliance.
• Handle end-to-end procurement tasks including contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with teams for supplier onboarding.
• Review and audit P-card requests and expenses.
• Identify automation opportunities in procurement processes.
• Maintain reporting to monitor KPIs and analyze trends.
• Strong organizational skills required for project management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of procurement or analytical work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion/Cloud.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
