In Short

• Own and lead a domain and its group of products within the company.
• Define vision and roadmap.
• Be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.
• Join a cross-functional team that will design, build, and roll out products in your domain.
• Engage with customers and vendors to learn their needs and to help them gain more from their use of the product.
• Use data and customer feedback to define and drive new products and features.
• Create and monitor your domain roadmap and KPIs to ensure company business objectives are met.
• Work closely with customer-facing teams, data engineers, and UX designers to drive product adoption.
• Be an expert on your domain and products, including features, functionality, user experience, the domain market, its competitors, and user behaviors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience for SaaS B2B companies.
• 2+ years of experience leading payments products.
• Excellent communication skills both with customers and within the organization.
• Experienced working with R&D teams and within cross-functional customer project teams.
• Experience with UI-heavy, self-serve products on desktop, with a user-centric approach that includes an eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Data expertise and strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track success metrics, and use data to make informed decisions. Able to interpret data and connect it to high-level business goals.
• Very high English proficiency - verbal and written.
