Overview

The Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter plays a crucial role in the company by being the first point of contact for clients, strategically scheduling appointments for the Sales team, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

In Short

  • Schedule and convert incoming calls to sales opportunities.
  • Respond to web-based leads to convert them into sales appointments.
  • Manage a complex calendar and dynamic schedules.
  • Maintain high levels of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to achieve high close rates.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
  • Work with industry-specific software, Service Titan.
  • Resolve customer inquiries with urgency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of phone-based Customer Service experience.
  • 1+ years of scheduling experience in relevant industries.
  • Experience with inside sales or lead scheduling preferred.
  • Ability to handle up to 150 calls daily.
  • Experience with CRM programs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem resolution experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
