Overview

The Client Services Associate (CSA I) plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client and patient experience within their assigned territory, serving as a trusted partner to various stakeholders and ensuring efficient case management.

In Short

  • Primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries.
  • Drive territory growth and retention with high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation of communications in Salesforce and LIMS.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance requirements.
  • Independently manage order workflows and engage with healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage release and correction of patient reports.
  • Leverage integrated systems to track case progress.
  • Mentor and support new team members.
  • Work PST hours in a hybrid model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • 0-2+ years experience in biotech, life sciences, or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, preferably in a Mac environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
